Costs
Our fee arrangement method is simply a reflection of our time employed by you. We don’t charge you against the overall value of the project, it’s location or at which stage its currently at.
Our costing structure delivers considerable savings to you, particularly as we enjoy substantial discounts from our extensive supplier networks, which is then passed directly on to you. These typically exceed any design fees.

Celia Sawyer CEO
Starting with her own small project 25 years ago, Celia went on to design residential properties in London. Celia Sawyer Interior Architecture and Design, is now in its 20th year, designing luxury residential homes, superyachts, aviation, commercial properties and projects in the leisure industry worldwide. Celia is a member of the Society of British and International Interior Design and an official judge for the International Property Awards and the International Hotel Awards. Celia is also a Patron for the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation, Women’s Refuge, an Ambassador for the British Heart Foundation, Prince’s Trust, and was recently awarded Global Goodwill Ambassador for humanitarian services. Celia also mentors social entrepreneurs for The British Library and writes a column on luxury property for the mail online
Afy Saedi Interior Architect
Afy graduated with a BA in Interior Architecture/Design and studied in London. She has been working in the industry for 25 years designing high end residential properties, commercial spaces, such as restaurants and bars, and worked on some of the most exclusive landscape and exterior lighting designs. Afy works alongside Celia and her team creating beautiful, functional interiors and exteriors globally.
Rachel Patrick Senior Designer
Rachel graduated with a BA in Design and Retail at St Martin’s in London. For 3 years she worked for a large furniture retailer, assisting on the design, sales and marketing. Rachel has worked as a senior designer alongside Celia and her team for 18 years, assisting on projects ranging from large residential homes, through to superyachts and the leisure industry. Rachel also works on the bespoke furniture designs and liaises with clients on procurement.
